Rueil-Malmaison, Île-de-France, France, September 2025 — Jean-Charles (JC) Moisan has been appointed as the Chief Information Officer, Climate Solutions Europe at Carrier. In this strategic role, he will oversee IT and digital transformation initiatives across the European Climate Solutions business, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable technology solutions.
JC has been with Carrier for over seven years, most recently serving as CIO, Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation, where he led global IT strategies, digital transformation programs, and application rationalization initiatives that delivered multimillion-dollar savings and enhanced operational agility. He previously held the position of Director, Digital Technologies at Carrier Refrigeration International, where he spearheaded ERP transformations, digital commerce growth, and agile adoption across the business.
Earlier, JC was DSI/IT Director at Chubb France, managing a large IT team and significant infrastructure and application portfolios, supporting business transformation, acquisitions, and outsourcing projects.
Before that, he built a strong foundation in IT governance and risk management at United Technologies, where he worked as EMEA IT Audit Manager and Senior IT Auditor, leading regional audit programs and compliance initiatives. He began his career at ExxonMobil, where he served in IT auditing and incident management roles, coordinating major business-critical IT systems.
JC also brings strong academic credentials, including an MBA in Management from ESSEC Business School and an Executive Education in Strategy from Harvard Business School.
