Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Finland, June 2024 – Jenna Hyökyvaara has taken on the role of Head of People Operations Nordics at RELEX Solutions. With a strong background in HR leadership and operations, Jenna brings extensive expertise in managing HR initiatives across multiple countries. Her experience in driving strategic HR practices and supporting organizational growth will be instrumental in her new role.
Jenna Hyökyvaara joins RELEX Solutions after her tenure at Timma, where she served as the Global Head of People for nearly a year. In this role, she led all HR initiatives across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Estonia. She developed coherent and compliant HR processes, created the Timmanianiac Handbook to guide team members, and supported the launch of the Estonian market by establishing local HR processes.
Before that, Jenna was the Interim Head of People & Culture at Timma for around a year and a half. During this time, she drove global people operations, aligned HR practices with industry standards, and nurtured Timma’s culture. She collaborated with leadership, developed the Team Lead Handbook, and streamlined the HR strategy to align with Timma’s vision.
Jenna also worked as an HR Operations Specialist at Wolt for approximately a year. She was responsible for HR operations in multiple markets, including Malta, Greece, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, growing the headcount from 200 to 850. Her tasks included full employee lifecycle support, creating people policies, training managers, and supporting payroll and compensation matters.
Prior to Wolt, Jenna was an HR Specialist at Marioff for about four months. She was part of Carrier Global People Services Nordics team, counseling employees and managers across the Nordic countries, and developing harmonized policies and processes.
Jenna also served as an HR Coordinator at Marioff for approximately a year. In this role, she supported supervisors and employees, managed the entire employment lifecycle, acted as the primary payroll liaison, and led development projects, including Workday HRIS integration.
Jenna’s early career includes roles at Opset Oy as an HR Assistant for about a year and as an HR Intern for three months. At Opset Oy, she handled administrative HR duties, organized events, managed work welfare, and developed onboarding models.
