Nashville, Tennessee, United States, December 2024 – Jenna Jackson has been named Director, Performance and Talent Management at Bridgestone Americas. In her new role, Jenna will lead the organization’s talent strategies, focusing on enhancing performance management, fostering leadership development, and driving strategic initiatives that align with Bridgestone’s sustainability and innovation goals.
Jenna’s career at Bridgestone Americas spans nearly a decade, showcasing her extensive expertise in talent and performance management. Most recently, she served as Manager, Performance and Talent Management, where she played a pivotal role in talent development initiatives for over 3,000 salaried teammates. Her work involved creating scalable talent processes, implementing succession planning, and collaborating with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives.
Prior to that, Jenna was a Talent Management Consultant, where she focused on developing leadership pipelines, conducting talent reviews, and integrating DEI principles into talent strategies across Canada, the United States, and Latin America. She also held the role of HR Business Partner, managing talent and retention strategies for over 200 teammates in Bridgestone Retail Operations.
Before joining Bridgestone, Jenna built her HR and project management expertise through roles such as Senior HR Generalist and Project Coordinator for Shaping Tomorrow, overseeing key initiatives, including organizational design and large-scale relocations.
