Richardson, Texas, United States, December 2024 – Aneeliz Alamo has stepped into the role of Director of Talent Development and Learning at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). In this capacity, Aneeliz will lead talent development strategies and learning initiatives that drive employee growth, engagement, and organizational excellence across CBRE’s operations.

Aneeliz has been with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) since 2023, serving as People Director, Business Partner. During her tenure, she collaborated with key stakeholders to align workforce strategies with organizational goals, overseeing talent management processes and fostering employee engagement across teams in Richardson, Texas.

Before CBRE, Aneeliz was a Consulting Manager and Culture Transformation Leader at KEIRUS BY KJE, where she spearheaded leadership development programs and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives for corporate clients. She also conducted organizational assessments, curated training modules, and delivered strategic insights to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.

At Texas Instruments, she held multiple leadership roles, including Global Human Resources Leader and Country HR Director for the Philippines, managing workforce initiatives for over 4,000 employees. Her impact included talent pipeline development, employee engagement strategies, and fostering inclusive work environments.

Her earlier career spans roles at JCPenney, where she managed college recruitment programs and served as an HR Business Partner, as well as at 24 Hour Fitness, where she was an Area HR Manager driving people strategies aligned with business objectives.
