London, United Kingdom – November 2024 – Jenna Owen has been appointed as the Head of Talent at Our Future Health UK. In her new role, Jenna will lead talent acquisition efforts to support the organization’s ambitious mission of advancing health research across the UK. She will focus on recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals aligned with the charity’s vision of preventing and treating diseases through innovative health data analysis.
Prior to joining Our Future Health UK, Jenna served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Genomics England for over four years. She was pivotal in sourcing and recruiting talent for Genomics England’s groundbreaking projects, including the 100,000 Genomes Project, which has contributed to advancements in diagnosing and treating genetic diseases. Her role included collaborating with healthcare professionals, researchers, and the NHS to expand genomic healthcare initiatives.
Earlier, Jenna held various roles at FaulknerScott, where she progressed from Recruitment Consultant to Manager & Consultant. Over two and a half years, she was instrumental in providing tailored recruitment solutions for clients ranging from SMEs to large corporations. Her work focused on building long-term client and candidate relationships, emphasizing quality placements and industry expertise.
Before her tenure at FaulknerScott, Jenna was a Recruitment Consultant at ITS Construction Personnel in Cardiff, where she specialized in temporary agency recruitment. Her early career also includes a role as Sale Negotiator at Chris John & Partners, where she gained experience in negotiation, contract management, and social media.
