Los Angeles, California, United States, September 2025 – HYBE Americas has announced the appointment of Jenni Pfaff as its new Chief People and Transformation Officer. In this newly created role, Jenni will lead people strategy, organizational transformation, and cultural integration across HYBE Americas’ diverse portfolio of music, entertainment, and media businesses, including SB Projects, Quality Control Media Holdings, Big Machine Label Group, and Ithaca Holdings.
Jenni most recently served as Executive Vice President, Global Strategy, Integration, and Operations at Warner Chappell Music, where she drove large-scale integration efforts, global operations, and strategic initiatives. Prior to that, she was Senior Vice President, Global Head of Strategic Integration and Operations, where she oversaw organizational alignment and execution across multiple regions.
Earlier, she led Warner Chappell’s people function as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources, and before that as Vice President, Global Head of Human Resources. In these roles, Jenni spearheaded people strategies and HR operations spanning North America, South America, the UK, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, shaping Warner Chappell’s global people agenda.
Her leadership experience also includes serving as West Region Human Resources Leader and Director of Human Resources at Northrop Grumman, where she supported engineering, sciences, and technology divisions in driving systemic culture and process transformation. Prior to that, she held HR leadership roles at Activision and PwC, focusing on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Jenni has been Founder of j. pfaff inc. HR Consulting and Executive Coaching since 2018, providing leadership coaching and HR strategy services, and serves as an Executive Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
