Austin, Texas, USA – Jenni Stone Pozar has been announced as the new Senior Vice President, Head of Human Capital at Amherst. Pozar brings a wealth of experience, spanning over two decades, to her new position at the Austin-based investment management platform. In her new role, Pozar will be leading Amherst’s human capital organization, encompassing talent planning and acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, with a focus on expanding the global human capital infrastructure.

Prior to her promotion, Pozar served as Vice President of Human Capital at Amherst, where she was pivotal in heading Total Rewards, Operations, and HR Business Partner strategies since October 2023. Her career at Amherst began just eight months ago, but her impact has been profound, setting the stage for this recent advancement.

Before joining Amherst, Pozar was the Managing Director at JP Total Rewards, People Strategy & Operations Consulting, where she provided strategic consultancy from September 2021 to December 2023. Her expertise in total rewards program design and human capital analytics significantly bolstered client strategies in human resources technology and benefits program design.
