Uppsala, Uppsala County, Sweden, February 2025 – Jennie Crafoord has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Kaisa, marking a significant milestone in her career. In this role, she will oversee financial strategy, corporate finance, and operational efficiencies, ensuring Kaisa’s continued success as a leading provider of customer experience software for high-consideration purchases.
Jennie has been with Kaisa for nearly a decade, holding several key finance roles. Prior to stepping into her new position, she served as Head of Finance, where she played a pivotal role in financial planning, budget management, and financial reporting. Before that, she was a Financial Controller for over seven years, focusing on compliance, financial accuracy, and process optimization to support Kaisa’s business expansion.

Before joining Kaisa, Jennie worked at Manpower as a Student Consultant, gaining experience in financial administration and operational support. Earlier in her career, she served as Ekonomiassistent (Finance Assistant) at Gotlands nation, where she managed bookkeeping, financial reconciliations, budgeting, and property management. She also worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at GE Healthcare and held administrative roles at ibis Styles and Ascendo System AB, developing a strong foundation in business operations and customer service.
