Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 2024 – Jennifer Gillespie has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Ecolog International, a global leader in integrated solutions, supply chain, and logistics. In her new role, Jennifer will lead strategic initiatives in talent transformation, business development, and digitalization to drive organizational effectiveness across Ecolog’s global operations.
Before joining Ecolog, Jennifer Gillespie was a People Transformation Partner at The Learning Initiative, where she worked as a consultant on various client projects across Dubai. In this role, she was responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering successful business transformation programs, and providing training to enhance team skills and performance.
Prior to that, Jennifer served as the Human Resources Director for the Middle East & Turkiye at Xylem Inc., where she led the development and implementation of people-centric operational strategies. She significantly improved employee engagement, reduced attrition, and boosted leadership opportunities for female employees by advocating for gender-neutral job descriptions.
Jennifer also held a senior role as an HR Business Transformation & Change Consultant at IBM. In this role, she directed talent transformation teams across Southeast Asia, generating revenue through talent development and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer spent nearly 4 years at RBS in various HR leadership roles, including Global Change Manager, where she oversaw large-scale talent management and HR transformation initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. She was responsible for implementing significant organizational changes, including the deployment of a global learning management system.
