The Woodlands, Texas, United States, October 2025 — HMG Healthcare has announced the promotion of Jennifer Guerrant to Vice President of Talent & Learning. In her new capacity, Jennifer will lead HMG Healthcare’s enterprise-wide talent development, leadership learning, and employee engagement strategies to support the organization’s mission of delivering kind and compassionate care to its residents and patients.
Jennifer has been an integral part of HMG Healthcare for over a year, most recently serving as Regional Director of Talent & Learning. Prior to joining HMG Healthcare, Jennifer was Director of Talent and Learning at Park Manor of Conroe, where she introduced structured talent management and career progression models tailored to the post-acute care sector. Her focus on employee development and performance coaching strengthened leadership pipelines and service excellence standards.
Earlier, she served as Human Resource Coordinator at Gryphon Healthcare, where she supported recruitment, training, and employee relations for a large multi-facility network. Before transitioning into human resources, Jennifer spent nearly a decade at RehabCare, holding progressive roles including Program Director and Rehab Clinical Leader, where she combined her clinical expertise as a Physical Therapist Assistant with team leadership and staff development responsibilities.
