Falls Church, Virginia, United States, November 2025 – Kynisca Sports International, Ltd. has announced the appointment of Jennifer LaMothe as its new Chief People and Culture Officer. In this strategic leadership role, Jennifer will oversee the organisation’s people strategy, culture-building initiatives, leadership development, and athlete engagement programmes. She will also lead Kynisca’s marketing and communications functions, ensuring the organisation’s mission, values, and brand presence are reflected consistently across the global sports management landscape.
Jennifer’s most recent role was as Chief Administration Officer at Cognosante (now part of Accenture Federal Services), where she provided executive leadership across HR, Marketing & Communications, IT, Facilities, and Quality & Performance. With a strong focus on organisational scaling, culture transformation, employee engagement, and inclusion, she played a critical role in Cognosante securing its fifth consecutive Great Place to Work™ certification in 2024. She also led the company’s M&A initiatives and oversight of the Accenture Federal Services acquisition, ensuring seamless integration and enterprise-wide change management.
Before joining Cognosante, Jennifer served as Vice President, Human Capital Strategies at Vencore Inc. (now Peraton). In this role, she designed and executed the entire HR function, transforming it into a data-driven, world-class capability. She ensured compliance with public company standards and successfully implemented a major HRIS transformation through Workday, consolidating multiple systems into an integrated, high-efficiency platform with zero operational disruption.
Prior to Vencore, Jennifer worked as Vice President, Human Resources at General Dynamics Information Technology, where she led HR operations for a widely dispersed workforce. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, she guided culture alignment, talent management, and large-scale integration efforts. She also spearheaded the hiring and onboarding of 15,000 employees in five months across fifteen locations—an achievement that demonstrated her expertise in workforce scaling and operational excellence.
Jennifer’s earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Vangent, Inc., where she served as Human Resources Manager / Human Resources Generalist. She acted as a strategic HR business partner to both the Federal Segment and Corporate Services, managing high-level employee relations, advising leadership on complex HR issues, and leading sensitive organisational investigations. This role further strengthened her expertise as a trusted advisor in multi-layered HR environments.
Her foundational experience began at Qwest (now CenturyLink), where she was Lead Recruiter / Human Resources Generalist. In this position, she supported multiple business units across regional, national, and international locations, overseeing full life-cycle recruitment and HR operations. This early exposure to multi-market HR practices shaped her capability to operate across broad organisational landscapes.
