United Kingdom, November 2024 – Jennifer Morton has joined First Bus as the Head of People Transformation. In her new role, Jennifer will lead the company’s strategic initiatives in workforce transformation, aligning people strategies with First Bus’s mission to deliver sustainable, customer-focused transport solutions.
Jennifer brings a wealth of HR expertise spanning over two decades. Most recently, she served as Head of People – Technology, Finance, and LPM at Tesco Bank, where she played a pivotal role in integrating HR strategies with business functions. Prior to this, she held the position of Interim Head of People and served as a People Partner, contributing to organizational growth and employee engagement initiatives during her five-year tenure at Tesco Bank.
Before Tesco Bank, Jennifer spent nearly 11 years at SSE plc, where she progressed from Recruitment Manager to HR Manager, overseeing talent acquisition, organizational development, and change management. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable experience at Goldfish, Ferguson McKenzie, Search Consultancy, and Hudson, where she honed her skills in recruitment and talent management.
