Greater Madison Area, United States, December 2025 – Jennifer Weimer has joined Stord, a leading commerce enablement and supply chain technology platform, as the Director of Talent. In her new role, Jennifer will drive Stord’s global talent strategy, helping the company attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent as it continues to scale its omnichannel commerce operations.
Prior to joining Stord, Jennifer Weimer served as Head of People Operations at Darwin Homes, where she oversaw HR, payroll, benefits, and employee relations for a 300-employee company. She also reported directly to the CEO and worked closely with the parent company’s CHRO.
Earlier, she was Director of Global Talent Acquisition for AMER/APAC at Zendesk, where she built and scaled the global TA team from 3 to 23 recruiters. Jennifer led workforce planning, launched diversity initiatives, and implemented talent development and interview standardization programs across geographies including the US, Mexico, Canada, Singapore, Japan, and Australia.
Before Zendesk, she was part of Amazon Web Services’ Grand Challenge incubator where she played a pivotal role in the launch of confidential projects like Amazon Care and Comprehend Medical, focusing on technical recruiting and diversity programs.
Jennifer also held multiple senior recruiting and leadership roles at Amazon’s Air Cargo & Last Mile Logistics division, Talent Stream LLC, Signature HealthCARE, and Extendicare, strengthening her expertise in talent operations, compliance, diversity, compensation, and scaling hiring for high-growth startups and enterprise teams.
