Houston, Texas, United States, June 2024 – Jeremy O’Brien has joined ProTrans as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. Jeremy will be working remotely, bringing his extensive HR expertise to the company.
Jeremy O’Brien brings a wealth of experience to his new position. He most recently served as the Co-Founder & Chief Human Resources / Executive Officer at O’Brien Diaz Wealth Architects, LLC. During his tenure, he was responsible for strategic HR leadership and business development, leading the company to significant growth.
Prior to that, Jeremy was the Owner & Chief Human Resources / Operating Officer at Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change. In this role, he managed the full spectrum of HR and operational responsibilities for two franchise locations in Spring, Texas.
Jeremy also served as the Head of Human Resources U.S. at Galderma, where he was instrumental in creating a post-IPO platform for growth by modernizing and digitalizing the HR function.
His earlier career includes positions such as Vice President, Human Resources, Honeywell Process Solutions at Honeywell, where he led a large team of HR professionals across multiple global manufacturing facilities. He also held the role of Group Vice President of Human Resources, Hydraulics at Eaton, overseeing HR functions for a diverse and global business.
Jeremy’s extensive HR experience, including his roles at Ecolab, CNH/Fiat Industrial, Kohler Co., and Kimberly-Clark, demonstrates his capacity for effective and strategic leadership. His appointment is pivotal for ProTrans as the company continues to pursue greater success.
