Jessi Marcoff has recently announced her appointment as the Chief People Officer at InvoiceCloud, Inc. After a successful three-year tenure at BentoBox where she served as Chief People Officer, Marcoff is set to bring her extensive expertise in people operations to InvoiceCloud, operating out of Greater Boston in a hybrid role.
During her time at BentoBox, Marcoff was instrumental in enhancing workplace culture and spearheading innovative people strategies that resonated well with the creative dynamics of the hospitality sector. Prior to her role at BentoBox, Marcoff held the position of Chief People Officer at Privitar from November 2020 to May 2021 in Boston, Massachusetts. Here, she was involved in crucial aspects of HR transformation and strategic people management across diverse organizational functions.
Before Privitar, Marcoff had a significant tenure at Brandwatch, serving as the Chief People Officer from November 2016 to November 2020. At Brandwatch, she was deeply involved in developing a people strategy that supported the company’s growth in social media analytics. Her leadership in HR included pioneering learning and development frameworks and strengthening employee relations across various departments including Engineering, Product, and Sales.
Marcoff’s earlier experiences include a role at Santander Bank, N.A., where she led Talent Management and Employee Engagement from August 2015 to November 2016. At Santander, her strategic initiatives in talent leadership and organizational culture were pivotal in driving business results. Her career also includes impactful contributions at Slalom Consulting and Hitachi Consulting, where she focused on organizational effectiveness and transformation solutions respectively.
