It also includes connecting transformation efforts across the company, including AI, where there is significant opportunity alongside challenges that must be navigated thoughtfully. Before taking on this role, Lauren Duprey served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Takeda. Prior to that, she held the roles of Head of HR, US Business Unit, Global Product & Launch Strategy (GPLS) and US People Advisory Group and Head of HR, US Business Unit at the company. These assignments reflect a strong progression within Takeda, with growing responsibility across people strategy, leadership, and enterprise transformation.
Earlier, she was associated with Biogen, where she held multiple HR leadership roles including Vice President, Human Resources – Worldwide Medical and US Organization, Head of People Services, HR Business Leader, R&D, and HR Business Leader, Corporate Functions. Before that, she worked with Deloitte as Senior Consultant and built an important early leadership foundation through multiple roles at GE under the Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP). She also began her professional journey with Clarion Healthcare as Associate.
With experience spanning Takeda, Biogen, Deloitte, GE, and Clarion Healthcare, Lauren Duprey brings a strong and well-rounded profile across transformation, people leadership, organizational strategy, and healthcare-focused business partnership.
