Lund, Skåne County, Sweden, September 2024 – Jessica Perdius has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Modelon. In this role, Jessica will be responsible for leading the HR function and driving strategic human resource initiatives to support Modelon’s growth and development.
Jessica’s most recent role was HR Business Partner at Modelon, where she worked for approximately 1 year and 8 months. She focused on strategic HR planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Before that, Jessica served as HR Coordinator at Modelon for about 6 months, handling various HR operations and coordination tasks.
Her previous role was as Office Manager & HR Admin at Modelon for approximately 1 year and 2 months, where she managed office operations and provided HR support.
Jessica also founded Clogs and Heels, a self-employed venture in photography and PowerPoint presentations, which she has been running since August 2011.
She worked as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant at Trelleborg Group for about 1 year and 8 months, where she supported legal and administrative functions.
Prior to that, Jessica spent 15 years at McKinsey & Company, where she held various roles including Office Manager, Travel Manager, Security Manager, and Visual Graphic Specialist. Her tenure there included responsibilities in contract negotiation, budget management, office maintenance, and travel coordination.
Jessica also has experience as an Executive Assistant & Graphic Designer and as an Area Manager / Ski Instructor with Sportresor, showcasing her diverse career background.
