With over 18 years of extensive experience in human resources, Amanda will lead the company’s U.S.-based Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams, contributing to the dynamic environment spearheaded by CHRO Amy Steinman, SPHRi, CCMP. Her expertise is poised to further enhance the support and development for the company’s approximately 3,000 employees worldwide.

Amy Steinman
Prior to Scientific Games, Amanda served as HR Compliance Lead at Koch Industries for about a year and five months, where she was responsible for managing compliance across the organization.
Before Koch Industries, Amanda worked as Human Resources Manager at Infor for approximately 2.5 years, where she oversaw HR operations and strategic initiatives. Her career also includes a tenure of nearly 2.5 years as Area Human Resources Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where she managed HR functions for the region.
Amanda’s experience extends back to her role as Human Resources Manager at INVISTA for about four years. Earlier in her career, she worked at Astral Brands as Human Resources Manager for over five years, focusing on managing HR functions for prestige beauty brands. Her career began as a Human Resources Representative at Newell Rubbermaid, where she supported employee relations and training for nearly two years.
