Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, September 2024 – Actylis is pleased to announce the appointment of Gautam Pandey as the new Director of Human Resources – APAC. Gautam, who brings over 28 years of diverse HR experience, will oversee HR functions across the Asia-Pacific region, enhancing talent management and strategic HR initiatives at Actylis. His extensive background in human resources and leadership will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success in this critical role.
Gautam Pandey recently joined Actylis as the Director of Human Resources – APAC. In this role, he will manage HR operations across the APAC region. Prior to this, he has been working as a Human Resources Consultant on a freelance basis since July 2023, offering strategic HR guidance and consulting services in India.
Before his consultancy role, Gautam served as Vice President of Human Resources at JSW Steel for nearly four years. There, he managed the entire employee lifecycle and led initiatives for digitalization and process optimization, significantly enhancing workforce efficiency and engagement.
Gautam’s tenure at Deloitte India spanned nearly 13 years, where he held multiple senior roles including Director of Human Resources. He was recognized for his contributions to the firm and played a key role in major mergers and performance management process implementations.
Previously, Gautam worked as Vice President of Human Resources at Deloitte, where he spearheaded various talent development and management initiatives, including managerial training and performance management systems.
Gautam’s career also includes experience as a Senior Manager at Bharti Airtel Limited for eight months, where he focused on HR operations and employee engagement. Earlier in his career, he worked at Tata Teleservices Limited as a Manager – Human Resources (AP Circle), and at Ramco Systems as an HR Specialist. He started his career as an Executive – Human Resources at Usha Steel & Energy (India) Private Limited.
