Jessica most recently served as the Senior Director of Recruiting at Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, where she dedicated 13 years to building and leading effective recruitment strategies for the organization. Her leadership played a crucial role in driving workforce growth and retention in the highly competitive healthcare industry.

Prior to her tenure at Tender Touch, Jessica worked as an Area Staffing Manager for Kindred Healthcare/RehabCare, formerly Peoplefirst Rehab, for eight years. In this role, she managed staffing operations and contributed to talent development across multiple regions.
