Bristol, England, United Kingdom, October 2024 – AGI Global Logistics has appointed Jessica White as the new Head of People. In her new role, Jessica will oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, employee relations, and workforce development initiatives across AGI’s operations. With a background in HR business partnership, Jessica brings a wealth of experience in people management and organizational transformation to her new position.
Prior to stepping into her current role as Head of People, Jessica served as an HR Business Partner at AGI Global Logistics for nearly two years. In this position, she was responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering employee engagement, and leading key projects that enhanced workforce productivity.
Before joining AGI Global Logistics, Jessica worked at Taylor Maxwell for over four years, where she began as an HR Apprentice and progressed to the role of HR Advisor. At Taylor Maxwell, she played an instrumental role in providing comprehensive HR support, managing employee relations, and developing training programs for staff. Her contributions significantly improved HR operations and promoted a positive workplace culture.
Jessica’s career began in the HR field with her HR Apprenticeship at Taylor Maxwell, where she gained hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, policy development, and performance management. Her early years in this apprenticeship provided her with a strong foundation in human resource management and set the stage for her later success in senior HR roles.
