Based at the company’s headquarters in Charlotte, Jill joins the executive leadership team to lead the organization’s people strategy across its growing footprint in the Southeastern United States.
Jill brings over two decades of distinguished HR leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Talent and HR Operations at American Tire Distributors, where she led key organizational change initiatives, optimized the HR digital ecosystem, and significantly elevated associate experience. During her tenure, the organization earned multiple culture awards, including “Nation’s Best & Brightest Companies to Work For” and the “Stevie Award – Employer of the Year.”
Prior to that, Jill served as Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness and People Engagement at the same company, where she led a comprehensive employee engagement program that resulted in a 33% improvement and achieved substantial cost savings in recruitment while launching scalable learning initiatives for thousands of users.
Her earlier roles include leading culture transformation and talent management at Southeastern Grocers and spending nearly nine years at Target, where she held several key roles ranging from HR Business Partner to Manager of Field HR Strategy & Process. Her experience spans retail, supply chain, grocery, and now the express car wash industry—making her uniquely positioned to steer HR excellence at scale.
