With a distinguished career in people strategy and organizational leadership, Jillian is set to enhance Clumio’s HR functions and foster a thriving company culture.
Jillian Souza joins Clumio following her impactful tenure at BigPanda, where she held several leadership roles, including Head of People Strategy – NA & Europe and Global Head of Total Rewards. In this role, she managed People Business Partners and led the strategic partnership between the People team and organizational leaders in the US and the UK. Jillian also served as Interim Chief People Officer, steering the global People organization through a leadership transition and developing communication and collaboration practices to enrich BigPanda’s global remote-first culture.
Before BigPanda, Jillian contributed significantly at Blend in various roles, including Manager, HR Business Partner GTM, and Manager, Total Rewards & HR Operations. Her career also includes notable positions at Pandora and Kaiser Permanente, where she gained extensive experience in HR operations and compensation management.
