Hughes also held prominent HR leadership positions at Red Lobster, where he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. His tenure at Red Lobster was marked by transformative HR initiatives and strategic leadership across various HR functions.
Extensive Background in HR Leadership: Before his time at Red Lobster, Hughes had an extensive career at PepsiCo, where he served as Human Resources Director from October 1996 to June 2011. At PepsiCo, he was known for his robust management of HR functions across North American operations, encompassing various business units and supporting a significant number of employees.
His career foundation was formed at General Electric, where he started as an HR leader, honing his skills in various aspects of human resources management.
