Jim Rackett has been with Heidrick & Struggles for approximately 3 years. Prior to his promotion to Global VP, Talent Acquisition and People Analytics, he served as the Global Talent Acquisition Director for around 1.5 years and the Talent Acquisition Director EMEA, APAC for nearly 2 years.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jim worked at Arm as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition for about 1.5 years, where he led global talent acquisition strategies and initiatives.
At Coupang, Jim served as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition for approximately 1 year, overseeing talent acquisition strategies in Seoul, South Korea.
Jim’s earlier roles include positions at Serco as a Resourcing Projects lead for 6 months, Emirates as the Group Head of Recruitment for around 1.5 years and Head of Recruitment Operations for about 1 year, Thales as the Resourcing Manager USA for 1 year and Resourcing Manager UK for nearly 3.5 years, Advanced Resource Managers as a Recruitment Consultant Aerospace and Defence for around 2 years, Allen & York as a Recruitment Consultant for approximately 1.5 years, and Nalco as a Laboratory Technician for 1 year.
