Since joining Fareportal in 2015, Jitender Kapil has been a cornerstone of the HR department, evolving from leading talent acquisition and management initiatives to shaping strategic HR frameworks that foster organizational excellence. In his previous role as Senior Human Resources Manager, he collaborated with senior leadership to integrate innovative 21st-century talent solutions that addressed key business challenges such as employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Prior to his tenure at Fareportal, Jitender developed a rich portfolio of HR expertise across notable companies including HCL Infosystems and Wipro Infotech, where he managed resource allocation and talent management. His strategic HR initiatives have consistently focused on enhancing employee relations and driving business success through effective human capital management.
