Before joining FireHydrant, JJ served as Senior Director, Head of People and Customer Success at Blameless for nearly three years, where they were instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business goals and improving customer relations through innovative HR practices.
Prior to Blameless, JJ held several key roles at UJET, Inc., including Manager, Human Resources and HR Business Partner. During this time, JJ successfully led various HR projects, including performance management and employee relations, contributing significantly to the company’s HR framework.
JJ’s early career includes HR and talent acquisition roles at ibex and Concentrix (formerly Convergys), where they developed foundational skills in recruiting, employee engagement, and internal communications.
