Orlando, Florida, United States, May 2025 – Joaquin Alvarez has been promoted to Senior Director, Human Resources at AssistRx, where he will lead the company’s HR strategy and operations to support its continued growth in advanced therapy initiation and patient support solutions.
In his previous role as Director, Human Resources at AssistRx, Joaquin played a critical role in overseeing key talent initiatives, organizational development, and employee engagement for the company’s U.S. operations. His efforts contributed to shaping a resilient HR infrastructure and enabling leadership development across teams.
Before joining AssistRx, Joaquin served as Division Human Resources Manager at MasterCorp, where he drove strategic people operations in a hybrid environment, aligning workforce initiatives with business goals across the division. His focus on scalable HR solutions helped improve compliance and streamline talent strategies.
Joaquin also spent over a decade at Digital Risk, where he rose to the position of AVP Human Resources. There, he spearheaded leadership development, learning and development programs, HR operations, and organizational planning for over 1,200 employees. He also built a high-potential leadership program that graduated 75% of its participants into senior roles.
Earlier in his career, Joaquin held leadership roles at ISGF and served as a Corporate Trainer for Sandata, delivering training programs across the state of Florida. He began his professional journey in sales roles with Disney Vacation Club and Marriott Vacation Club International, which helped him develop a strong foundation in communication, client engagement, and performance delivery.
