Stockholm, Sweden, September 2025 – Johanna Alvemur has stepped into the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Curity, a global leader in identity and API security. In her new role, Johanna will focus on scaling the organization’s people strategy, strengthening its culture, and enabling the company’s next phase of growth as it continues to deliver secure, trusted digital experiences worldwide.
Johanna joins Curity after nearly nine years at Trustly, where she most recently served as Director People & Culture. In this capacity, she was instrumental in shaping organizational culture and leading HR transformation during a period of rapid global expansion. Prior to that, she was HR Transformation Director and earlier Head of People Operations, overseeing recruitment, HR operations, and talent management across multiple international offices.
Before her tenure at Trustly, Johanna was part of Michael Page for close to four years. As Manager of the Sales & Marketing Division, she was a member of the Nordic management team, specializing in recruitment for senior sales and marketing roles. She also served as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, building her expertise in professional recruitment across industries.
Earlier in her career, Johanna worked in sales and client-facing roles, including Sales Manager at Coor Service Management, and in retail and marketing with Ralph Lauren and Vasakronan. These experiences gave her a strong commercial acumen that she has effectively integrated into her HR leadership journey.
