Prior to his impactful tenure at Little Spurs, Mizerany was the CEO of CareNow, where he led the largest urgent care operator in North Texas, emphasizing fast, convenient healthcare solutions. Earlier in his career, Mizerany demonstrated his executive acumen at Alliance Spine and Pain Centers as the Chief Operating Officer, where he was pivotal in managing and expanding surgical center operations. His strategic efforts helped solidify Alliance’s status as a key player in the Ambulatory Surgery Center sector.
Throughout his career, Mizerany has also held significant positions at major healthcare organizations such as Fresenius Medical Care North America and Texas Health Resources, contributing to operational and strategic developments that enhanced patient care services across various states.
