Philippines, June 2025 – Jonah Enriquez has joined Probe CX as Vice President – People Experience, stepping into a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping and leading the company’s strategic direction across talent acquisition, business partnering, employee relations, and benefits. In this capacity, Jonah will ensure that every people touchpoint within Probe CX fuels purpose, inclusion, and high performance, contributing to the organization’s culture of innovation and excellence.
Prior to joining Probe CX, Jonah served at Infosys BPM Philippines for nearly seven years, most recently as Head of Human Resources. In this role, he spearheaded strategic HR initiatives for over 6,000 employees, driving end-to-end HR strategy from onboarding and compensation design to employee engagement, enterprise capability development, and culture-building—delivering high-impact people strategies aligned to business growth.
Earlier at Infosys BPM Philippines, Jonah was Senior Director – Learning and Organizational Development, where he designed and implemented company-wide learning solutions, partnering closely with the C-suite to embed continuous learning and inclusive practices. He led programs in succession planning, talent acceleration, and organizational effectiveness, fostering agile mindsets and building a high-performance, future-ready culture.
Before Infosys, Jonah held the role of Global Learning and Development Manager at Arvato Financial Solutions (now Riverty) for nearly nine years. He managed strategic planning, training execution, and leadership development across multiple regions including EMEA, US, and APAC, supporting business and people growth in dynamic, multicultural environments.
