Before his time as Senior Director, Jonathan spent two years as a Corporate Recruiter at Simulmedia, where he leveraged advanced search techniques to source talent in various fields such as technology, sales, and marketing. His dedication to the company’s talent pipeline ensured consistent quality hiring across all departments.
Prior to Simulmedia, Jonathan held the role of Senior Director, People at PlayerWON, where he contributed significantly to the company’s talent development and HR strategy, particularly within the video gaming industry.
He also brings valuable experience from his time at The Phoenix Group and Solomon Page as a Technical Recruiter, where he specialized in recruiting for finance, tech, and healthcare sectors. His ability to connect top-tier candidates with companies was a hallmark of his success in these roles.
