Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States, May 2025 – Kenco Group, a leading provider of integrated logistics solutions, has announced the appointment of Jonathan Starmach as Vice President Human Resources. In his new role, Jonathan will be responsible for driving the company’s HR strategy, enhancing talent acquisition and development practices, and strengthening the overall employee experience across Kenco’s national operations.
Jonathan brings nearly two decades of progressive HR leadership experience across the logistics, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. Most recently, he served at CEVA Logistics, where he held several senior HR roles over nearly five years. As Head of Human Resources, Contract Logistics – NORTAM, and previously as U.S. Head of Human Resources – Contract Logistics, he led strategic HR initiatives across the U.S., playing a key role in workforce planning, operational alignment, and talent transformation initiatives.
Prior to CEVA, Jonathan was Vice President of Human Resources at CST Industries, Inc., where he focused on HR transformation, leadership development, and culture building. His earlier leadership roles at Tuthill Corporation and Panalpina included leading multi-site HR functions across key logistics and manufacturing operations, with a strong emphasis on change management and performance optimization.
Jonathan began his HR career at Global Experience Specialists (GES), where he spent over seven years in progressive roles, gaining extensive hands-on experience in employee relations, HR operations, and business partnering.
