Northville, Michigan, United States, May 2025 – Joseph Lynch has been promoted to Head of Global Talent Acquisition at ZF Group, further strengthening the company’s global people strategy during a pivotal period of innovation and growth. In his new role, Joseph will lead talent acquisition efforts worldwide, working closely with business and HR leaders to ensure ZF continues to attract and retain top talent in the fields of advanced mobility, electrification, and industrial technology.
Joseph Lynch brings nearly nine years of progressive leadership experience within ZF Group. Most recently, he served as Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas & Eastern Europe, following his earlier roles as Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Throughout these positions, he demonstrated expertise in full lifecycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and building scalable talent pipelines to support ZF’s business objectives.
Before joining ZF Group, Joseph honed his recruiting skills at EPITEC as a Technical Recruiter, successfully placing engineering talent across major accounts like Ford, GM, and Caterpillar. His career also includes experience in human resources functions at Truven Health Analytics and a background in employee documentation, compliance audits, and candidate engagement. With a comprehensive understanding of both corporate and technical recruiting, Joseph is exceptionally positioned to drive ZF’s global talent acquisition agenda forward.
