Abigail has been with LACE Partners since 2023 and brings a wealth of strategic and operational expertise to this new role, following her tenure as People & Workplace Executive Director, where she shaped and managed the people strategy and spearheaded key initiatives.
Abigail’s distinguished career spans nearly three decades, with a deep focus on people strategy, organizational design, and HR transformation across several industries. Prior to joining LACE Partners, she held impactful roles as Executive People Director (Interim) and Interim People Lead within the organization. Before LACE, she led a successful independent consultancy, Effectus People Solutions Limited, where she partnered with clients across sectors including electronics, education, sports, financial services, housing, and professional services. Her expertise covered restructuring, talent management, employee engagement, well-being, and organizational change.
She also contributed as a retained Associate Consultant at CIPD, providing guidance on HR effectiveness and people strategies. Earlier, Abigail held senior leadership roles such as Interim Talent Management Lead, Europe and Interim UK HR Director at Avanade, and UK HR Director at Hay Group (Korn Ferry), where she led comprehensive HR transformation projects. Her career began at Accenture, where she spent nearly a decade managing complex pan-European HR transformation, people transfer, and career management initiatives.
