Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, September 2025 — Phin Security has announced the appointment of Joshua King, SHRM-CP, as its new Head of People & Operations. Joshua brings more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership, talent management, and organizational development across diverse industries, making him a valuable addition to the company’s leadership team.
Joshua most recently served as Principal Human Resources Consultant, providing advisory support to organizations on strategic people practices. Alongside this, he worked with PageHR Consulting Group as Human Resources Director, where he spearheaded HR transformation initiatives and guided leadership on workforce strategy.
Previously, Joshua held the role of Director of Human Resources at Waites, after serving as Principal HR Business Partner at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, where he partnered with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational growth.
Earlier in his career, Joshua contributed significantly as Sr. Manager of Human Resources at VXI Global Solutions, Manager of HR & Organizational Development at Totes Isotoner, and Senior HR Business Partner at Vantiv. His extensive journey also includes leadership roles with Best Upon Request, UC Health, and Metro One Telecommunications, where he built foundational expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, and culture development.
In his new capacity at Phin Security, Joshua will oversee people strategy and operational excellence, ensuring scalable processes that strengthen company culture and support its mission to deliver innovative, automated security awareness training solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
