Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, December 2025 — Infosys has appointed Joydeep Mukherjee as Executive Vice President & Global Head of Data & Analytics, Digital and Creative Services (Wongdoody). In this expanded global leadership role, Joydeep will lead Infosys’ Data & Analytics, Digital, and Creative Services portfolio, driving large-scale transformation for global clients by integrating advanced analytics, digital platforms, and creative capabilities.
In his new role at Infosys, Joydeep Mukherjee will focus on building differentiated, AI-powered and data-driven offerings that help enterprises accelerate growth, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable business outcomes. His mandate spans global client relationships, solution strategy, and scaling digital and creative capabilities across industries.
Prior to returning to Infosys, Joydeep served as Vice President, US Banking & Payments Lead at Kyndryl, where he was responsible for driving CXO-level client relationships, revenue growth, and profitability across the US banking and payments sector. During this period, he led transformational deal signings, shifted the sales model from legacy asset-heavy services to consulting-led technology services, and strengthened hyperscaler and ecosystem alliances to win new logos and expand client impact.
Earlier, Joydeep held senior leadership roles at Bank of America as COO, Payments & Innovation, Global Banking Technology, where he led major organizational and engineering model changes for global payments and innovation technology in wholesale banking. He also spent nearly a decade at Accenture, including roles as Managing Director and Managing Director – Financial Services, Intelligent Platforms, where he led large-scale SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Cloud transformations, anchored Data and AI capabilities in financial services, managed significant P&L responsibilities, and built deep CXO relationships across global clients. Earlier in his career, Joydeep spent close to two decades at Infosys, holding leadership roles across analytics, technology, energy & utilities, and US East Coast businesses, managing large P&Ls and delivering complex, high-impact technology programs for global financial services and energy clients.
