Juan Jose brings a rich blend of experience and strategic insight to his new role, having accrued over a decade of leadership across various high-profile companies. Before his latest role, he successfully led Diageo’s operations as Country Manager for Panama, Honduras, and Nicaragua since November 2022, where he was instrumental in driving growth and expanding market reach. Prior to this, he served as Regional Senior Brand Manager at Diageo, overseeing the Ready to Drink and Beer category for Central America and the Caribbean, demonstrating a keen aptitude for market expansion and brand innovation.
His earlier experiences include impactful stints at FIFCO, where he managed mainstream and value beer categories, contributing to significant brand developments and sustainability initiatives. His strategic efforts in these roles have consistently resulted in profitable growth and enhanced brand equity, underscoring his ability to adapt and succeed in dynamic market conditions.
