Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland, September 2025 – nove8 has appointed Julia Vishchuk as Head of People Operations. In this role, Julia will lead people operations strategy, employee engagement, and HR transformation to support nove8’s growth and innovative edge in the tech industry.
Julia joins nove8 after more than six years with Gismart, where she most recently served as HR Lead. She led and empowered the HR team, aligning HR strategies with business goals, building compensation and benefits programs, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance during periods of organizational change. Prior to that, she was an HR Business Partner at Gismart, where she managed performance, talent development, employee relations, and organizational design.
Before stepping into senior HR leadership, Julia worked as an HR Manager in Minsk, where she owned performance review processes, led onboarding programs, designed internal HR policies, and supported leadership development initiatives. She earlier served as People Partner Assistant, gaining experience in HR administration, payroll support, orientation, and employee relations.
Julia began her professional career in the hospitality sector, holding roles as Reservation Agent at DoubleTree by Hilton Minsk and Front Office Manager at Green Park Hotel, where she developed foundational skills in training, team management, customer service, and operational efficiency. These experiences provided her with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, forming the basis for her transition into HR.
