Soell brings to CFS an impressive track record of over 28 years, with significant leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer at Proterra Inc, where he played a crucial role in advancing zero-emission electric transit vehicles. His tenure as President of Proterra Transit underscored his commitment to clean transportation solutions. Prior to Proterra, Soell’s expertise was instrumental at REPAIRIFY, INC., and Delta Air Lines, where he delivered outstanding results in operations and customer service. His extensive experience also includes impactful roles at Mercedes-Benz USA and Harley-Davidson Motor Company, highlighting his versatile leadership across various sectors.
Educated at some of the world’s leading institutions, Soell’s academic credentials include coursework at MIT Sloan School of Management, an MBA from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. His comprehensive education has laid a solid foundation for his distinguished career in driving technological innovation and operational improvements.
