Orange County, California, June 2024 – Julie Harding has been named the new Chief People Officer at Veritone. Julie brings extensive experience in human resources and people management, making her a valuable addition to the executive team at Veritone.
Julie Harding has been with Veritone for nearly five years. Prior to her current role, she served as the SVP, People for approximately two years. In this role, she was responsible for leading the people operations and developing strategies that aligned with Veritone’s growth and innovation goals.
Before her promotion to SVP, Julie was the VP, People Operations at Veritone for about 2.5 years. She played a crucial role in optimizing the company’s people processes, enhancing employee engagement, and driving the overall talent strategy.
Prior to joining Veritone, Julie worked at Dentsu Aegis Network for nearly five years, where she held various key roles. She served as the Director, Human Resources for about two years, supporting Carat, Posterscope USA, and Global Team Intel. Before this, she was the Associate Director, Human Resources, supporting multiple brands, including Carat, Posterscope USA, Empower Media, and Vizeum US.
Julie also has experience working at Say Media as a People Manager for over a year, where she managed the company’s HR functions and contributed to the development of an award-winning publishing platform. She further honed her HR skills at Mindshare as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist, where she supported the global media and marketing services network.
Earlier in her career, Julie worked at Carat as a Human Resources Associate and at KVC Behavioral Healthcare as a Human Resources Assistant. These roles provided her with a strong foundation in HR management and employee relations.
