Before joining Armanino, Juliette served as Senior Director, Global HRBP and L&D at Reputation, where she played a key role in driving talent transformation and global learning strategies for over two years. She was previously Head of HR Business Partners at Chronosphere, leading HR alignment across business units during a critical growth phase.
Juliette’s longest stint was at DocuSign, where she held multiple leadership roles over nearly eight years. Her responsibilities spanned across HR business partnering for G&A, marketing, strategy, and recruiting operations—significantly contributing to the company’s workforce expansion and internal capability building during a high-growth period.
Prior to DocuSign, Juliette worked with Salesforce for nearly six years, advancing from Senior Recruiter to Manager, Platform Recruiting, where she contributed to building talent pipelines and recruitment operations. Her earlier career includes impactful roles at Ask.com, Equinix, Mercury Interactive, and Serena Software, where she specialized in recruitment strategy, marketing campaigns, and sourcing operations.
