Austin, Texas, USA, May 2024 – Justin Rojas-Castle has started a new position as Vice President – Service Delivery at DataBank. Bringing extensive experience in service delivery and operations management, Justin aims to enhance the coordination and installation of customer data center solutions, maximizing customer experience and confidence.
Before joining DataBank, Justin served as the Vice President, Enterprise Solutions Service Delivery at Comcast Business from July 2018 to December 2023. In this role, he was responsible for the service delivery of broadband connectivity and managed services solutions for enterprise customers, including business process execution, field operations, supply chain operations, and technical provisioning.
Prior to Comcast Business, Justin was the Senior Vice President – Field Operations and Supply Chain at Global Capacity from January 2015 to September 2017. He led all field operations and supply chain duties, corporate strategy implementation, and a team of 130+ people, focusing on improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Justin also served as the Senior Vice President – Service Delivery at MegaPath from September 2012 to December 2014. He led a 200+ employee organization responsible for service delivery, field and dispatch operations, and supply chain operations, following the strategic merger of Covad, MegaPath, and Speakeasy.
Earlier in his career, Justin held various management positions at Covad Communications from 1999 to 2010, including Project Director and VP of Field Operations. He led initiatives to improve process and systems, managed operational teams, and oversaw strategic outsourcing of service delivery functionality.
