London, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Justin Scott has joined Benifex as the new Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him an exceptional career in financial leadership, business integration, and strategic planning across global markets. In his new role, Justin will be instrumental in steering financial strategy and supporting the unification of Benifex and Benify—a transformative moment aimed at creating a global leader in rewards and benefits technology.
Before this appointment, Justin Scott served as CFO International at Broadridge, where he oversaw financial operations across international markets and played a critical role in the integration of Broadridge’s largest acquisition, Itiviti. He was a key contributor to the BR4.0 Strategy, designed to double the company’s size by 2029, and implemented region-based revenue reporting to drive performance visibility.

Prior to Broadridge, Justin held several senior finance roles at Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters, including Global Head of Finance for Customer Proposition and Risk, where he led strategic investment, M&A, and performance management initiatives. His work was integral to the creation and carve-out of Refinitiv in a landmark $20 billion deal with Blackstone, as well as the successful integration of multiple acquisitions and the transformation of commercial models.
Earlier in his career, Justin was Head of Finance for EMEA at Reuters, leading strategic cost restructuring and spearheading the Business Support Transformation program, which significantly improved financial operations and decision-making across the region.
