New Delhi, India, February 2025 – Jyoti Singh has been promoted to Deputy CHRO at Hero MotoCorp, marking another significant milestone in her distinguished HR leadership career. With over two decades of experience in HR strategy, talent management, diversity & inclusion, and organizational development, she has played an integral role in shaping progressive people practices at leading organizations.
In her new role, Jyoti will drive key HR initiatives at Hero MotoCorp, focusing on organizational transformation, employee engagement, leadership development, and strategic workforce planning. Her extensive experience in HR operations, cultural transformation, and business alignment will be instrumental in enhancing HR capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture at the company.
Jyoti joined Hero MotoCorp in 2022 as R&D HR & DE&I Head, where she successfully led talent management, compensation strategies, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Her efforts in HR transformation and workforce development contributed to business growth and employee engagement.
Before Hero MotoCorp, she spent nearly seven years at Honda Cars India Ltd., serving as Head of HR. In this role, she was responsible for developing HR strategies, workforce planning, and leadership development, significantly improving employee relations and business alignment.
Earlier, she held the role of Deputy General Manager at Birlasoft for two years, where she led performance management, career development, and succession planning. Before that, she spent over eight years at HCLTech, where she held various leadership roles in learning & development, performance management, and competency frameworks, playing a key role in organizational capability building and talent strategy execution.
Jyoti began her career at V-Customers Services India (P) Ltd., Sparsh India Pvt Ltd, and other organizations, gaining extensive experience in HR, marketing, and talent management across multiple industries.
