Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — K Drive Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Bharat Forge Group company, has appointed Ravi Prakash as Director & Head – Human Resources, reinforcing its leadership team during a significant phase of organizational transformation following the company’s acquisition by Bharat Forge.
In his new role, Ravi Prakash will lead the Human Resources function and drive the people agenda across the organization. His responsibilities include HR strategy and business partnering, organization design, workforce planning, leadership hiring, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, culture integration, change management, leadership development, and capability building.
He will work closely with the Board, business leadership team, and functional leaders to support K Drive Mobility Solutions’ transformation journey and build a high-performance, future-ready organization aligned with the company’s growth ambitions in the mobility sector.
Prior to joining K Drive Mobility Solutions, Ravi served as Head of Human Resources – Bio Energy at Praj Industries, where he was responsible for developing and implementing people strategies to support business growth, organizational effectiveness, talent management, compliance, leadership capability building, and culture transformation initiatives.
Earlier, he spent more than four years with Imerys, where he held leadership roles including India Head – Human Resources Operations and India HR Senior Manager. During this period, he led HR operations across multiple business entities, managed HR transformation programs, compensation and rewards strategies, HR technology initiatives, process automation, employee experience enhancement projects, and global HR system rollouts.
Before Imerys, Ravi spent nearly eight years with Adani Power, where he played a key role in talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, competency mapping, employee engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, and HR systems implementation.
With over 15 years of experience across manufacturing, industrial, energy, automotive, and engineering sectors, Ravi brings deep expertise in HR transformation, organizational development, talent management, culture building, leadership development, industrial relations, and strategic workforce planning.
His appointment reflects K Drive Mobility Solutions’ commitment to strengthening its people capabilities as the organization accelerates its next phase of growth and transformation within the evolving mobility ecosystem.
