In his new role, Blum will be responsible for strengthening client partnerships, enhancing service delivery, driving customer success initiatives, and supporting strategic growth across GeBBS’ portfolio of revenue cycle management and risk adjustment solutions. Prior to joining GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, Blum served as Senior Vice President at R1 RCM, where he spent more than four years contributing to the organization’s operational and strategic initiatives. His relationship with R1 extended over a remarkable 16-year period, including a previous tenure as Senior Vice President Operations, where he led large-scale operational functions and helped drive performance improvements for one of the healthcare industry’s leading revenue cycle management organizations.
Before returning to R1, Blum served as Chief Executive Officer of OMNI Healthcare, where he led the organization through a period of strategic growth and operational focus. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive positions with NVR, Inc., PPG Industries, and Meineke Car Care Centers, overseeing business operations, franchise development, sales strategy, marketing, customer service, and profit-and-loss management across diverse industries.
Blum’s entrepreneurial journey also includes more than fourteen years as President of Investment Associates, Inc., where he successfully built and managed multiple retail operations and commercial real estate ventures. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive business performance, build strong client relationships, lead organizational transformation, and develop high-performing teams. His extensive leadership experience will be instrumental in supporting GeBBS’ continued growth and commitment to client excellence.
