Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Niju Plamin Ebenezer has been promoted to General Manager at Entero Healthcare, continuing his impactful journey within one of India’s largest healthcare distribution platforms. In this new role, he will oversee strategic human resource initiatives across functions, contributing to Entero’s nationwide operations and employee engagement at scale.
Over the past four and a half years at Entero Healthcare, Niju has progressed through leadership roles—from Senior Manager – Human Resources to Assistant General Manager – HR, and now to General Manager. During this time, he has served as a strategic HR Business Partner for over 3,000 employees, working closely with business leaders to align people strategy with long-term organizational goals. He also led corporate communications for the group.
Prior to Entero, he worked with the Zydus Group as HR Business Partner – Cluster 3, where he supported 1,800+ employees and played a key role in building a performance-driven culture. His ability to drive HR transformation and leadership enablement stood out during this tenure.
Before Zydus, he was with Alkem Laboratories Ltd. for over four years in various HR roles, culminating in his position as Deputy Manager – Corporate HR. He partnered with 20+ business verticals, overseeing the complete employee lifecycle and aligning HR systems with business strategies.
Earlier in his career, Niju gained diverse HR experience through internships and junior HR roles at GVK, The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd, and Vijay Sales, giving him exposure across corporate HR, training, talent acquisition, and compliance.
He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.
