Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, July 2025 – Het Shah has been appointed as AGM – HR (Head HR) at LCC Projects Ltd., a major EPC company with a strong presence in the irrigation and water supply infrastructure sector. With over a decade of progressive HR leadership experience, Het brings strategic HR transformation capabilities to this new role.
Prior to this, Het was associated with Tridhya Tech Limited for nearly 1.5 years, where she led the company’s HR function as Chief Human Resources Officer. She spearheaded strategic HR initiatives, talent acquisition, DEI programs, compliance frameworks including ISO and GDPR audits, and organizational development, demonstrating strong alignment of HR with business objectives.
Before Tridhya Tech, she played a pivotal HR leadership role at Mangalam Information Technologies Private Limited for over 3.5 years, where she championed all major people initiatives and policies. Her efforts focused on scaling the HR function, creating robust L&D systems, and building an engaged workforce in a rapidly growing organization.
Earlier, Het worked with Space STEM, Analytix Business Solutions, and SoluSoft Corporation in key HR management and business partner roles, contributing to workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement across tech-driven environments.
He began her career with QX Global Group and HLS, developing expertise in recruitment and HR operations. Het holds an MBA in Human Resources from Bharthiar University, and a Post Graduate Program in General Business Management from Xcellon Institute.
