As CMO, Bala will lead global brand, demand, product marketing, and go-to-market initiatives to amplify SeekOut’s leadership in this rapidly transforming industry.
Prior to this appointment, Bala served as Founder of F70Labs, where he developed the First70 Framework — a pioneering system to help B2B firms influence the first 70% of buying decisions before sales engagement. He also served as Chief Marketing Officer at CoreStack, where he helped establish the company as a category leader in AI-powered cloud governance, recognized by Gartner, IDC, and Frost & Sullivan.
Earlier, Bala played key marketing leadership roles at organizations like Edifecs, RoundGlass, and SeekOut itself (2017–2019) as Head of Growth, making his return as CMO a strategic reintegration into a company now valued at $1.2 billion. He has also served in board advisory roles at DQLabs, Pictory, InvestMates, and HighRadius, bringing deep insight into scaling AI-first SaaS models.
Earlier in his career, Bala was CEO at Nimbic, a cloud-based semiconductor design solutions firm acquired by Mentor Graphics (now Siemens), and held senior roles at Synopsys, Smarte, and Tata Consultancy Services. His diverse experience spans semiconductors, FinTech, HealthTech, cloud, and enterprise AI.
